Use of data. Operating your account, clearing trades, satisfying regulators, countering fraud, platform security, plus optional product messages carrying an instant opt-out.
Who sees data. Data goes only to operating vendors (custody, payment, verification), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymized metrics. No sale of personal data.
Retention and security. We retain data through account activity plus statutory windows (commonly five to seven years for trades). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
